How It Works
Our 1-2 Day Garage Floor Process
Step 1: Prep & Grinding
We mechanically grind the concrete, open up the surface, and address cracks and spalls. This is the most important step - it's what separates professional systems from peeling paint.
Step 2: Base Coat & Flake Broadcast
We apply a high-solids epoxy or polyaspartic base coat and broadcast decorative flakes to full coverage for color, texture, and hiding imperfections.
Step 3: Scrape, Vacuum & Detail
After the base cures, we scrape and vacuum the excess flakes to create a flat and even surface.
Step 4: Clear Topcoat
We apply a durable, UV-stable polyaspartic or polyurethance topcoat for gloss, chemical resistance, and easy cleaning.
Most standard 2-3 car garages are completed in 2-3 days, depending on size and conditions..
